Warranty Info

Linkskey warrants its products against defect in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. All 19” rack-mount KVM switches come with two (2) years limited warranty. Linkskey will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original limited warranty.

This warranty becomes invalid if the factory-supplied serial number has been removed or altered on the product. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification of any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by anyone other than Linkskey.

In no event shall Linkskey’s liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, or its documentation.

Return Procedures

Fill in our RMA request form Click here
then submit the completed form by clicking the submit button or email the info on rma form to rma@linkskey.com attention to RMA Dept.

Please make sure that you have provided all RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) information to our RMA Department either by email or fax it to (714) 255-8899. RMA information includes customer's name, return address, email address, contact phone number, proof of purchase, product name, serial number, and the reason for returning.

RMA numbers will be issued and e-mailed or faxed to the customer within 24 hours after we had received a complete RMA request form. The RMA number is valid for 15 days after issuance.

Please include in the returned package(s):
- Clearly printed RMA number on all mailing labels and shipping boxes (In Large TEXT).
- The complete original packaging of every returned product.
- All documents and invoices associated with a previous RMA product must always be included.

Note: RMA package will be REFUSED and RETURNED to sender if the correct rma number is not printed on label and outside of the shipping box.

Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer. If there is visible damage on any returned item(s), we cannot apply warranty. Only products with authorized RMA numbers will be accepted.

If we do not have the product in stock for replacement at the time we receive the defective merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the merchandise for up to 60 days for repair or exchange.
